I submitted the reservation, what to do next?
- First step is to email us back a signed reservation
- Then you need to transfer the payment of security deposit in the next 48 hours to be guaranteed the reservation, if you send us the payment confirmation it will make it quicker
- After that you will coordinate by phone or email to fix the exact date and time of moving in.
Why the deposit?
- The security deposit is used to protect against non-payment, damage to the equipment or the apartment, and early termination of the accommodation contract. The price and costs are spread evenly over the duration of the accommodation.
Which payment methods do you offer?
- You can transfer the money to our IBAN account, pay in cash at the contract signing day or use online payment form using your credit card.
When can i move in?
- Moving in time is normally at the beginning of the monthy of your chosen student term, the exact time and date will be coordinated and agreed upon over the phone or email.
